Description
This five-day course provides a complete introduction to the concepts, features and terminology for Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
It contains two sections:
- Understanding and explanation of the business advantages and basic functions of OIC. This contains a detailed overview of the Compensation Process.
- Explanation of the Collection and Calculation Process, which contains a step-by-step lesson of the Setup activities. Detailed charts and flows have been included for a better understanding of OIC processes.
This course also introduces the concepts behind Applications-wide features such as Business Intelligence (BIS), CRM Foundation, TCA architecture, and Self-Service Web Applications.
