Standard Curriculum Materials

Standard materials are base documents created from Oracle Tutor and address the entire module or technology tool.

Tailored Curriculum Manuals

Tailored material streamlines the standard curriculum to only address topics of the client’s choice. All other topics are stripped from the material so users do not even see the information.

Customized Curriculum Materials

Customized materials are training documents created with the client data, procedures, and screenshots. The materials will only cover what the client wants to have included in their course. Creating customized materials is completed at an additional cost.

Oracle Tutor is a complete documentation solution. Tutor provides two tools collectively, Tutor Author for creating and editing documents, and Tutor Publisher for compiling individual documents into powerful devices in the form of manuals which can be produced in Word, PDF, or HTML format.

• Globalized Standards: With Oracle Tutor produce, companies can quickly document and standardize every policy procedure, form, listing, table, etc., enabling you to move more rapidly toward globalizing all company processes.

• SOX Compliance: With the auditing function Author has available, companies can document for auditors where the mitigated risks and controls exist within the processes. This functionality also integrates with Oracle’s Internal Control Manager module allowing you to become compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

• Pre-seeded Documents: Companies do not have to begin documenting from scratch. Oracle provides baseline documents for organizations to use as is, or to expand upon as needed. This saves time and money when creating documentation.


Tutor Publisher Advantages:

• Online Publishing: Manuals are published online and stored electronically for easy access.

• Ease of Deployment: Upon completion of publishing, manuals can be distributed to a large employee base within a matter of minutes.

• Ease of Maintenance: Update the source file only once and publish. With links between documents, Tutor updates all manuals using the source file. Changes are made to a single location, but updates are produced across the board.
